Terms and Conditions
- Use common sense at all times!
- The word UNIT in Terms & Conditions means any other inflatable if not a bouncy castle.
- You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the castle/unit is in use. The castle cannot be left unattended, and if hired overnight, the unit along with all accessories is to be stored indoors. When not in use, the castle is to be covered with the additional cover supplied by ourselves.
- Use discretion in high wind or bad weather.
- Unless booked as an Adult Unit, Bouncy Castles are strictly for children under 12yrs old. Under no circumstances should adults enter a childrens castle as this may result in injury and/or damage to the castle. Any damage will have to be paid for by the hirer named in our agreement.
- The driver is to be paid upon delivery of the unit. He will not leave it if the site is unsuitable.
- The prices within this website and any other publication are for private and not commercial hires unless otherwise specified. For commercial hire rates please email or ring.
- The insurance policy we hold covers us for public liability. This covers accidents which were our fault, such as equipment failure or us failing to install equipment properly. As we do not supervise the unit whilst it is on hire to you, you ("the Hirer") are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst in use. The units are all safe if used in accordance with the correct safety proceedures.
- No signs are to be glued/taped or hung on the castle at all.
- All inflatable users must remove their footwear before using the Bouncy Castle and children must be prevented from climbing up the walls/barriers of the Castle.
- Our Insurers insist that we obtain two forms of identity when we deliver any item in order for the policy to be valid.
- The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of the Bouncy Castle and you will be charged for any damage caused to it or for any items missing from it on its return.
- No children who have been face-painted can use the castle due to the makeup staining the units. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.
- Where an adult castle is supplied children may also use it but NOT at the same time as adults.
- All units are checked on delivery and your signing the hire agreement indicates acceptance of the Castle as being in good, clean condition.
- Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect the Bouncy Castle, who will give you a collection note, and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.
- Extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables (which are to be taped down and untaped at the end of the hire by the hirer) and the electric blower. The blower is not to be covered with anything.
- Food, drink, glasses, belts, any sharp objects and pets are forbidden on all units.
- The safe amount of children on an inflatable at any one time is as follows: 16' x 16' - 9 maximum, 12' x 14' - 6 maximum, 10' x 12' ball pond 5 maximum, 17'x 15' slide - 6 maximum ADULT SUPERVISION IS NECESSARY. You "the Hirer" must ensure units are staked down at all times. Have fun but do it sensibly.
- All garden games will be left with instructions regarding their use which must be strictly adhered to.
